The exhibition “Frauen der Berge – Berge der Frauen” explores the complex meaning of mountains associated with women – from sacred sites to peaks named after female mountaineers. It highlights women who, despite social discrimination, achieved pioneering feats and permanently reshaped the image of women in mountaineering.
