The hike starts in Oberwielenbach/Vila di Sopra, near the first big parking lot (P1). From here follow path no. 1 and after about one hour walking (slightly upwards) you reach Lercher Alm.
How to get there
Public transports from Mobility Center Bruneck/Brunico: With the train to Percha/Perca and with the Summerbus (from the beginning of July to the middle of September) to Oberwielenbach/Vila di Sopra, bus stop P1 (Wielental/Valle di Vila), or with the Citybus no. 432 to Oberwielenbach, bus stop Schießstand/Poligono.
Solid hiking shoes with good tread, breathable and weather-appropriate clothing, and, if needed, hiking poles to help with ascents and descents. Make sure your rucksack also contains sun and rain protection, enough fluids and a snack.
