the hike from Gais to the "Kehlburg" castle and via the "Fuchslahne" to Uttenheim requires a certain degreee of fitness and stamina. From the town square you proceed along the moderate incline of the "Pitzinger" Trail to the southeast, crossing the great Gais alluvial fan. The trail continues steadily upwards
