Welcome to Villa Ried, your alpine oasis at the foot of Kronplatz. The villa, situated at the foot of Kronplatz, is perfectly nestled into the sunny southern hillside and surrounded by a well-tended garden. A stay at Villa Ried is ideal for all your holiday activities. In winter, you can reach the Ried cable car, that brings you to the top of Kronplatz, in just a few minutes’ walk, whilst in summer the little village of Percha is the ideal starting point for exploring the mountains of the beautiful Dolomites. But it’s not just the numerous hiking trails that are right on your doorstep; the earth pyramids, an impressive spectacle of nature, are also nearby.

We have furnished each apartment individually and with great care and passion. We have carefully selected natural materials to create a cosy atmosphere. In our holiday apartments, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Each accommodation features two satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi. You’ll also have access to a lockable covered parking space, a lockable bike storage room in the basement and a heated ski box at the valley station of the Ried cable car. We’ll also provide bed linen and towels for the entire duration of your stay. So you don’t have to worry about a thing... Just pack your bags and come visit us – we look forward to welcoming you!

You’ll be welcomed by a friendly entrance hall with a coat rack and mirror. The bedroom, featuring solid wood flooring, a spacious wardrobe and comfortable box-spring beds, ensures a good night’s sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towel warmer. In the cosy living room, you’ll find a corner dining table with a bench and chairs for four people, as well as a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and radio. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, an induction hob (4 rings), a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, cookware and a coffee machine. From the balcony with its panoramic views, you can spend relaxing moments outdoors – a table, chairs and a drying rack are, of course, at your disposal.

Terms and conditions

Your apartment will be ready for you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 9.30 am.
Our apartments are non-smoking – and to ensure everyone feels comfortable, unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of €150.00
Children up to 3 years old are free of charge. On request, we are happy to provide a solid wood cot including bed linen as well as a high chair (€10.00 per day)
We charge a fee of €45.00 for final cleaning after your departure
You can pay in cash or by card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard)
In addition to the rental price, the statutory local tax applies: €2.50 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. This will be charged separately at the end of your stay.

Cancellation terms

We kindly ask for your understanding that in the event of a short-notice cancellation – from 7 days before the start of the stay – the deposit already paid will be retained
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the booked stay, as the apartment remains reserved for the agreed period.

Or maybe you prefer rock climbing or golfing? A plunge into a mountain lake or a relaxing day by the pool? No matter what you want to do on your summer break in Bruneck, the possibilities are as varied as the mountains that surround you. You only have to seize them.

Your perfect winter moment? Mountain air in your nostrils, sunshine in your face and snow crunching under the edges of your skis? Then there’s no time like the present! From Bruneck it’s just a stone's throw to the lifts, which will carry you up to the Kronplatz in comfort. And awaiting skiers and snowboarders there are no less than 121 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes. Do you prefer to enjoy winter away from the piste? Then we recommend a lovely winter hike – on foot, or with snowshoes, if you like things quiet and still. And, of course, there are great ice skating and tobogganing facilities in Bruneck too. And what's the cross-country skiing like, I hear you ask? Fantastic! Marked trails can be found directly in the town at Reischach sports park as well as in our neighbouring villages.

...for maximum comfort throughout your skiing holiday, a heated ski locker is available right next to the valley station of the Kronplatz Ried cable car, which you can reach easily and effortlessly in just a few minutes’ walk. That means you can store your ski equipment conveniently and securely on site – dry, pre-warmed and ready to use at any time. This ensures a particularly relaxed start of your daily skiing and a pleasant return after an intense time on the slopes.

This extraordinary natural phenomenon is one of the most beautiful of its kind in South Tyrol: formed over centuries by erosion, the earth pyramids consist of slender, tower-like cones of clay, often crowned with protective stones. Nestled in a peaceful woodland landscape, they are the ideal destination for a variety-filled excursion into nature.
