SPECKtacle - Speck Week in Bruneck

Even before the big Speck Alto Adige Festival begins, Bruneck is getting into the spirit of South Tyrolean flavour. From 19 to 27 September, SPECKtacle invites you to enjoy a special week dedicated to Speck.

 

At participating venues, you can look forward to small but delicious bites made with South Tyrolean Speck PGI – the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif and a tasty preview of the Speck Alto Adige Festival.

Get ready for a culinary highlight in a class of its own: The Speck Alto Adige Festival is a tribute to the traditional craft of South Tyrolean bacon production. From 26 to 27 September 2026, you can not only meet the best bacon producers of the region, but also taste their products and learn more about the production and history of bacon.

 

In case of bad weather, the event will take place in Bruneck.
