The centre of Bruneck is just about 2 km away, the railway station is only a few minutes’ drive away, and Kronplatz, with its wide range of winter sports and leisure activities, is also very close by.

Here, you can enjoy peace and quiet and the great outdoors without having to sacrifice proximity to shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Look forward to cosy holiday flats, magnificent mountain views and plenty of space for your very own personal break. Whether it’s hiking, cycling, skiing at Kronplatz or soaking up the relaxed town atmosphere in Bruneck – your holiday begins right on your doorstep.

Make yourself at home: each of the three apartments features a welcoming seating area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen, giving you the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. A refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle are all provided. A private bathroom with shower adds to your comfort. All guests also have access to comfortable garden furniture, including sun loungers, a garden swing and parasols, as well as free private parking.

Terms and conditions

On the day of arrival, your holiday flat will be ready from 3.00 pm. Check-in must be completed by 7.00 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the flat by 10.00 am.
Children of all ages are very welcome here. Please note that we are unable to provide cots or extra beds. If you require these, please bring them with you.
To ensure a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in our property, we ask for your understanding that smoking, parties and stag/hen celebrations are not permitted. Please note that we cannot accommodate pets either.

Or maybe you prefer rock climbing or golfing? A plunge into a mountain lake or a relaxing day by the pool? No matter what you want to do on your summer break in Bruneck, the possibilities are as varied as the mountains that surround you. You only have to seize them.

From Bruneck it’s just a stone's throw to the lifts, which will carry you up to the Kronplatz in comfort. And awaiting skiers and snowboarders there are no less than 121 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes. Do you prefer to enjoy winter away from the piste? Then we recommend a lovely winter hike – on foot, or with snowshoes, if you like things quiet and still. And, of course, there are great ice skating and tobogganing facilities in Bruneck too. And what's the cross-country skiing like, I hear you ask? Fantastic! Marked trails can be found directly in the town at Reischach sports park as well as in our neighbouring villages.
