In the hamlet of Mühlen in Pfalzen, we, the Aichner family, warmly welcomes you to relaxing holidays surrounded by nature in the Puster Valley in South Tyrol.

Our house is located on a sunny plateau at around 1,000 metres above sea level. The impressive alpine scenery is dominated by the Kronplatz, one of South Tyrol’s most famous mountains for skiing and hiking. In summer, the area offers beautiful hiking trails and nature experiences, while in winter Kronplatz becomes one of the most popular ski resorts in South Tyrol. The quiet location of our holiday apartments in Pfalzen is perfect for a relaxing mountain holiday. Numerous hiking trails start right at the doorstep, ideal for walks, family hikes or alpine tours.
Only about 5 minutes away you will find the idyllic Issinger Weiher (Lake Issengo), one of the most beautiful natural swimming lakes in the Puster Valley. It is the perfect place to swim, relax and enjoy nature during summer. Right next to it there is a large climbing park, offering fun and adventure for both adults and children. Several cosy restaurants and mountain huts nearby invite you to enjoy local cuisine.

The lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It features one triple bedroom and one double bedroom, providing plenty of space for families or small groups. The bathroom with shower and toilet is practical and comfortable, including a hairdryer. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting corner, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast together, end the day with a nice meal, or simply spend relaxing moments with family and friends. For additional comfort, the apartment offers satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, while the central heating ensures a warm and cosy atmosphere even on cooler days. Bed linen and towels are available on request. Outside, a comfortable seating area in the pergola invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and relax while ending an eventful day.

In the cosy holiday apartment Kron, you can enjoy relaxing holiday days in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. The apartment features a cosy double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, providing the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or anyone who enjoys a little extra space to relax during their holiday. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen with a welcoming dining area. It is the perfect place to start the day with a relaxed breakfast, enjoy meals together, or end an eventful day in a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and toilet is practical and comfortably equipped. For additional comfort, the apartment offers satellite TV and central heating, ensuring a pleasant and cosy atmosphere in every season. A special highlight is the large balcony with stunning panoramic view. Here you can breathe in the fresh mountain air, admire the surrounding nature, and enjoy unforgettable holiday moments in Pfalzen.

Terms and conditions

Prices & stay
Prices are per apartment and per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights with an occupancy of 2 persons. For shorter stays, the high season rate will be applied.

Included services
The price includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, as well as final cleaning.

Reservations & deposit
Reservations are gladly accepted in writing via email. Your booking becomes binding once the deposit of €100 per booked week has been received.

Arrival & departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 2:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier, however the apartment can only be occupied from this time. If you plan to arrive later, we would appreciate a short message. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am. Different times may be possible on request, subject to availability.

Pets
Out of consideration for all guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation terms

We ask for your understanding that in case of short-term cancellations – from 7 days or less before the beginning of your holiday – the deposit already paid will be retained.

In case of late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the entire booked stay (100% of the agreed price), as the apartment will remain reserved for the agreed period.

Your perfect winter moment? Mountain air in your nostrils, sunshine in your face and snow crunching under the edges of your skis? Then there’s no time like the present! From Bruneck it’s just a stone's throw to the lifts, which will carry you up to the Kronplatz in comfort. And awaiting skiers and snowboarders there are no less than 121 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes. Do you prefer to enjoy winter away from the piste? Then we recommend a lovely winter hike – on foot, or with snowshoes, if you like things quiet and still. And, of course, there are great ice skating and tobogganing facilities in Bruneck too. And what's the cross-country skiing like, I hear you ask? Fantastic! Marked trails can be found directly in the town at Reischach sports park as well as in our neighbouring villages.
