Our farm is located in an idyllic and peaceful setting at the foot of Plan de Corones. The village of Riscone is just 2.5 kilometers away, and the “Ried” ski slope is only 250 meters from our doorstep. Surrounded by meadows, forests, and mountains, our farm is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We offer you the ideal combination of nature, relaxation, and warm hospitality. Leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy some restful days on our farm.

Enjoy relaxing holiday days in our lovingly furnished Bergblick apartment. The 42 sqm apartment is located on the second floor and, thanks to its quiet setting and the beautiful south-facing balcony, it offers a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed for two additional guests in the spacious living area, which is combined with a fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, dishes, glasses, and tea towels.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a bidet, and fresh towels. Underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation system ensure additional comfort. A large panoramic window, satellite TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi create a cozy atmosphere and your perfect retreat to relax and unwind. A parking space is available in front of the building.

The apartment Burgblick, measuring 52 sqm, is located on the second floor and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable atmosphere. From the west-facing balcony and through the large panoramic window, you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.

The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed (1.40 m). In addition, the spacious living area includes a pull-out sofa bed for two people. The open-plan living space is combined with a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, as well as cooking utensils, pots, dishes, glasses, and tea towels.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. Tourist tax is not included
Prices are per apartment per day, for the specified number of guests, without meals, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays, we will be happy to provide a personalized offer
To confirm a booking, a deposit is required. After the deposit is paid and our written confirmation is received, the booking becomes effective. The remaining ammount can be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day before arrival
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM
No smoking inside the apartments – please use the balcony or outdoor areas
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation terms

Up to 60 days before the day of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled without a cancellation fee; the deposit will be retained
From 59 to 15 days before arrival, 40% of the total booking value will be charged
From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total booking value will be charged
During the last week before arrival, 90% of the total booking value will be charged
In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking value will be charged
All percentages refer to the total price of the booked holiday apartment. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.

And awaiting skiers and snowboarders there are no less than 121 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes. Do you prefer to enjoy winter away from the piste? Then we recommend a lovely winter hike – on foot, or with snowshoes, if you like things quiet and still. And, of course, there are great ice skating and tobogganing facilities in Bruneck too. And what's the cross-country skiing like, I hear you ask? Fantastic! Marked trails can be found directly in the town at Reischach sports park as well as in our neighbouring villages.
