They are situated in a sunny, peaceful location at Feldweg 10 and 16 in Reischach, surrounded by meadows and fields. Here you can enjoy nature to the full whilst still being close to the amenities: the charming town centre of Brunico can be reached in just about 20 minutes walking along an idyllic path through meadows and woods. The valley station of the lifts to Kronplatz is only about a 3-minute drive away – ideal for anyone wishing to experience the mountains actively.

Our cosy 54 m² holiday flat on the first floor, facing the sunny south, offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere and a well-designed layout.

It features two separate bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen-diner, a bathroom and two balconies from which you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the magnificent views. The facilities leave nothing to be desired: two double beds and a sofa bed provide ample space for several people. The fully equipped kitchen-diner features an electric hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a full set of crockery – perfect for shared meals. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bath, a bidet and a hairdryer. In addition, a safe, a TV with satellite or cable connection and free Wi-Fi are available.

This holiday apartment easily accommodates up to four adults and one child aged 14 or under. It is the ideal choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a quiet and sunny location and wishing to spend a relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere and a peaceful setting.

The flat features three separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The thoughtfully designed layout ensures plenty of private space and a pleasant living atmosphere. The accommodation includes two double beds, a single bed and a sofa bed, as well as a cosy living area with a sofa. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a full set of tableware. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. The bathroom includes a shower or bath, a bidet and a hairdryer. In addition, a safe, a TV with satellite or cable connection and free Wi-Fi are available. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is also a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer.

Booking and Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount, payable by bank transfer to the following account:

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm. We kindly ask you to let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 10:00 am.

Smoking and pets
To ensure a pleasant living environment for all guests, we regret that smoking and pets are not permitted in our holiday apartments.

Cancellation terms

The following percentages of the total amount will be charged for cancellations (in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005):insert text here

up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee
up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged
from 7 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

If not all booked beds are occupied, the agreed total price is still payable. Only written cancellations will be accepted.

No matter what you want to do on your summer break in Bruneck, the possibilities are as varied as the mountains that surround you. You only have to seize them.

From Bruneck it’s just a stone's throw to the lifts, which will carry you up to the Kronplatz in comfort. And awaiting skiers and snowboarders there are no less than 121 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes. Do you prefer to enjoy winter away from the piste? Then we recommend a lovely winter hike – on foot, or with snowshoes, if you like things quiet and still. And, of course, there are great ice skating and tobogganing facilities in Bruneck too. And what's the cross-country skiing like, I hear you ask? Fantastic! Marked trails can be found directly in the town at Reischach sports park as well as in our neighbouring villages.
