Tobogganing at the Kronplatz

Fun on two runners!

Tobogganing is a national sport in South Tyrol and guarantees fun and entertainment.
Be it by day or by night, tobogganing is always a highlight. Beginners and pros alike will find something to suit them here.

There are four great toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity of Bruneck:

1. Korerexpress Toboggan Run

Everyone, be they young or old, can enjoy tobogganing on the artificial snow-covered, 1.6 km long and 10 metre wide run at the valley station.
Access is via the cable car
"Korerexpress" (day or multi-ticket) - the toboggan run is separate from the skiing area / ski slope and is open from 9 am to 5 pm.

2. Lercheralm - Oberwielenbach Toboggan Run

An easy toboggan run in Oberwielenbach, suitable for families The toboggan run can be accessed from the car park in Oberwielenbach, walking time approx. 45 minutes (suitable for pushchairs)

3. Bauhof - Uttenheim Toboggan Run

Floodlit Bauhof- Uttenheim toboggan run,
Start: car park at the village hall near the parish church
every Thursday: night-time tobogganing with mulled wine from 8 pm

4. Bärental toboggan run

A family-friendly toboggan run in Gais.
The starting point is at Café Kehlburg. The toboggan run is only open when the snow conditions are right (natural snow).
