New cable car & slope "RIED"

Slope RIED:
Lenght: 7 km
Starting point (summit): 2275 m a.s.l.
Valley station: 935 m a.s.l.
Difference in altitude: 1,355 m

Cable car RIED:
Lenght: 4.3 km
Difference in altitude: 805 m
Capacity: 3,200 p/h
Type of cable car: 10-gondolas wit heated seats.

The RIED slope and cable car will be opened for the winterseason 2011-2012. Instead of using your car or the skibus, you can reach the valley station in Percha / Perca easyly by train. The valles station of the cable car RIED is connected by train with the Sexten Dolomiten ski resort (time table on www.sii.bz.it)
