Holiday Home Falzes is a large and sunny apartment located on the ground floor. It has a large and sunlit private fenced garden (280 square meters), equipped with barbecue, indoor table with chairs and a ski and bicycle storage shed. Several parking spaces are available in the outdoor parking area and one parking space in the garage. Inside the apartment there are two double rooms and two triple rooms: a maximum of nine adults and a child under 12 can sleep there. Blankets and pillows are available; sheets and towels are provided on request. The services consist of a large bathroom with bathtub and bidet (additional accessory: hairdryer), a shower room and two WC rooms. There is a large kitchen-living room (30 square meters), equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka, mixer, TV and radio. WIFI is available and free. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine with drying racks, ironing board and iron. In addition, some accessories for small children are provided: a changing table, a high chair and a baby bathtub. The apartment is located in an optimal position, in the lower part of Falzes, from which you can walk in a few minutes to the center, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the bus stop, the sports area and the woods. The costs for cleaning the apartment are charged to the guests. Small pets are allowed.
