The forced speed increases the trainings stimuli to the heart – circuit system, requires muscle groups and leads to a higher training effectiveness. In such a way, we present one of the biggest Nature.Fitness.Parks now one in Europe, sited in the area of the Kronplatz in the Dolomites. The Park reaches from Bruneck over Olang all the way to Rasen in the Antholzertal. With the project „Nature.Fitness.Park.Kronplatz-Dolomiti, that was developed common with the the company „ Kiefer & Partner Sportconsulting" from Freiburg (Germany), was labeled now a way net with many easy and middle difficult tours and more than 220 kms of length in total. Additional it was equipped with practice boards, so now this trend sport can be performed in the marvellous natural scenery of the Pustertal and the beautiful Dolomites.

Instructors offer different tours and courses (including carbon sticks and cardio - measures). The program reaches from beginner workshops, Nordic- Walking- testing courses, over easy Nordic-Walking tours, High Nordic Walking Day and much other tours.....

The Nature.Fitness.Park.Kronplatz-Dolomiti will be opened in spring 2006 for the season inauguration with a common Nordic – Walking - run for locals and visitors and with a lot of VIPs between Bruneck, Olang and Rasen.
